Subject matter. Let me know what you’re thinking, and if I feel like your subject is something I can do justice to*, you can send me reference images in subsequent communication. **
Size. What scale are you thinking? This will effect not only the price of the work, but shipping costs.
Please bear in mind that large scale commission pieces will incur an extra charge of $50 CAD due to the extra preparation time, communication time, and digital preliminary sketches. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the agreed upon price is also required for custom work.
*Not every artist’s work is suitable for every kind of subject — and that’s okay! I will only take commissions that I feel confident I can deliver on at a high standard, but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your request if I decline.
**Note: Reference images must be personal photographs or public domain/royalty free images.
